When you access the Service, we may automatically collect:

Information you designate as public in your pet's profile (such as pet name, photograph, breed, and your preferred contact method) will be visible to anyone who scans your pet's QR code tag. You control what information is displayed publicly through your profile settings.

We may share your information with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, and agents who perform services on our behalf, including payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting, customer service, and marketing.

3.3 Business Transfers

In connection with any merger, acquisition, sale of assets, financing, or transfer of all or a portion of our business, your information may be transferred or disclosed as part of such transaction. We may also share information during negotiations of such transactions.

You may request deletion of your account by contacting us. Please note that upon deletion, any active QR code tags associated with your account will be deactivated and will no longer display pet profile information when scanned.

These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, including the State of North Carolina, and other jurisdictions as described in this Privacy Policy.
